RE: Correction of binding ruling letter A82495

Dear Mr. Tharan:

We refer to binding ruling letter A82495 issued to you by this office on April 29, 1996. Through clerical error, in the fourth paragraph, the letter stated "Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of the Dominican Republic are subject to the requirement of a visa." The letter is corrected to read "Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of the Dominican Republic are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa."

The balance of the ruling letter is correct as issued. We apologize for any inconvenience.
