This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

Parachutes range in size from 6 feet to 24 feet in diameter and have handles for players to grip. Used in group physical and developmental recreational activities.

RATE OF DUTY : 4.5 percent ad valorem
