RE: The tariff classification of a textile bracelet from China.

Dear Ms. Kwok:

In your letter dated December 17, 2005, received in this office February 23, 2005 you requested a classification ruling.

Your request for a binding ruling is for a textile bracelet, identified as NOA Fleur (no sample submitted) composed of knit polyester fabric.

The applicable subheading for the textile bracelet, NOA Fleur will be 6117.80.9540, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for “Other made up clothing accessories, knitted or crochetedOther accessories: Other: Other, Of man-made fibers: Other.” The duty rate will be 14.6% ad valorem. The textile category is designation 659.
