SUBJECT: Amendment of time and leave record

This correspondence addresses a problem existing since December 28, 1995 when Budget Manager Doris Decker, Program Oversight Division (OR&R) first attempted to amend the leave record of Rose Donaldson to show three (3) hours of AWOL on December 22, 1995 but failed due to system edits in TAMS.

We were advised by Ms. Decker on April 12, 1996 that your office requires this acknowledgement that the problem still exists, before you can take further action. Please be advised that the problem still exists and requires expedient resolution.

Enclosed please find copies of yet to be amended TAMS records pay period 25 and timekeeper input sheets showing correct codes for December 22, 1995: Five (5) Regular Hours (Code 01) and Three (3) AWOL Hours (Code 72).
