We are returning your request for a classification ruling because of non-conformity with the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

Please give us the total composition (including iron) breakdown (by weight percentage) of each of the four items in your request. Please tell us in what form each item will be imported (pigs, blocks, lumps, etc.).
