RE: The tariff classification of Dicloran Technical in bulk from Taiwan

Dear Mr. Goldstein:

In your letter dated December 14, 1993, on behalf of your client Gowan Company, you advised us that ruling letter 891973 issued to you November 22, 1993, should have stated Taiwan as the country of origin and not Japan.

The information provided to you in ruling letter remains the same for Taiwan as the country of origin.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have already been filed, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
