RE: Supplement to clasification ruling NY 801906

Dear Ms. Rice:

In your letter received in this office on October 21, 1994, you indicated that in NY ruling 801906 an incorrect style number was given. The correct style number for design number 25804 should be 907.

The classification, rate of duty and textile category designation provided in NY 801906 remain unchanged.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
