Dear Mr. Kilmartin:

We are returning your request for a classification ruling, re: Tokuso Rebase and Tokuyama Soft Relining, any related samples, exhibits, etc., because of non-conformity with the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). Additional information is required as indicated below:

1) RE: Tokuso Rebase

1) Please furnish the product information literature supplied or packaged with the kit

2) Please furnish the chemical name and CAS registry number for the powder, liquid and rebase-aid components 2) RE: Tokuyama Soft Relining

1) Please furnish the chemical name and CAS registry number of each component (i.e., base & catalyst) making up the paste. In addition, please furnish the chemical name and CAS registry number for the primer, coat-A and coat-B components.
