Dear Mr. Armell:

This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The imported article consists of a sport net and a carrying/storage bag that will be assembled onto a sports goal frame used for hockey or soccer.

RATE OF DUTY : 4.5 ad valorem
