Dear Mr. Armani:

This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, order number 0782, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton, twill jacket. The garment has full front button opening, long sleeves, two flaps with buttons at the chest area, cuffs with button closures, and a hemmed neck and bottom. Order number 0782 will be imported in girls' sizes 2 to 4T, 4 to 6x and 7 to 14.
