In your letter dated December 20, 1989 concerning a tariff classification ruling on Placheck-100, our file number 849134, you requested that confidential treatment be given.

Pursuant to Section 177.2(b)(7) of the Customs Regulations, information which is claimed to constitute trade secrets or privileged or confidential information must be identified clearly and the reasons such information should not be disclosed must be set forth.
