This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : A woman's snow jogger boot, item #SWS-7374, with a functionally stitched plastic upper, a "hook and loop" side strap closure, a cemented-on, wedge shaped EVA midsole and a rubber outer sole.

RATE OF DUTY : 6 percent ad valorem
