This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, which has no style number, is an infant's, woven diaper. The shell is nylon and the lining is cotton. The fill is polyester and rayon. The diaper has
VELCRO-type closures, elasticized leg openings, and a textile label at the rear.
