I have a copyright notice to indicate the author of the FAQ and the years
the FAQ has been in existance. It is also an explicit declaration that my FAQ
is *not* in the public domain (as many people seem to think posting on Usenet
automatically are). And I also use it as my preamble in explaining what people
may and may not do with my FAQ.
