Nuntius does everything you described at least as well as NewsWatcher.
I don't want to get into a religious war over Mac newsreaders, but
the problem with both programs for posting FAQs is that you have
to do too many steps in order to properly configure the headers.
This is especially the case if you have a multipart FAQ.

My solution was to use the FAQ server, faq-server@rtfm.mit.edu.
This will automatically handle all your FAQ-posting needs trivially
via email, and sharply reduces the tedium of posting multiple FAQ pieces.
For information simply email faq-server@rtfm.mit.edu with the subject
line "HELP".
