It is constructed entirely of dried natural vines of the species commonly known as “porcelain vine” (Ampelopsis brevipedunculata). The top of the cornucopia is decorated with a number of colored beads depicting berries. The cornucopia will be marketed for sale to individual florists for use in their floral arrangements.

The applicable subheading for the vine cornucopia, article number 0820, will be 4602.19.1700, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for: Basketwork, wickerwork and other articles, made directly to shape from plaiting materials or made up from articles of heading 4601: Of vegetable materials: Other (than of bamboo or rattan): Other baskets and bags, whether or not lined: Other (than of willow or palm leaf): Wickerwork.
