Submitted sample, style #PP1059999, is a woman’s blouse constructed from 55% linen and 45% cotton woven fabric. The blouse is collarless and features long sleeves, a v-neckline, a full front opening secured by five buttons, side vents, and a hemmed bottom. The garment is embellished with a print design and sequins.

The applicable subheading for the style PP1059999 will be 6206.90.0040, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of other textile materials: other. The duty rate will be 6.7 percent ad valorem.

Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/.

Style PP1059999 falls within textile category 840.
