RE: The tariff classification of a textile bracelet from China.

Dear Ms. Shih:

In your letter dated June 5, 2007 you requested a classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you.

The submitted sample, Style F7550(PC8606BC) Braided Cuff is a textile bracelet made of knit 100% cotton jersey fabric that is braided and has a hook and loop closure. The item will be sold in three different colors.

 The applicable subheading for Style F7550(PC8606BC) will be 6117.80.9510, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Other made up clothing accessories, knitted or crochetedOther: Other, Of cotton. The duty rate will be 14.6% ad valorem. The textile category designation is 359.
