RE: The tariff classification of two thermoplastic resins from Korea.

Dear Ms. Scott:

In your letter dated March 21, 2006, on behalf of the The Tryline Group, you requested a tariff classification ruling for HIKOTACK C-120 and SUKOREZ SU thermoplastic resins.

The applicable subheading for HIKOTACK C-120 thermoplastic resin will be subheading 3911.90.2500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other thermoplastic aromatic resins in primary forms. The rate of duty will be 6.1% ad valorem.

The applicable subheading for and SUKOREZ SKU thermoplastic resin will be subheading 3911.90.9010, HTSUS, which provides for other thermoplastic resins in primary forms. The rate of duty will be 6.5% ad valorem.
