The applicable subheading for Style JSBCHF, “Hibiscus Jammer Shorts,” will be 6103.42.1050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for men’s or boys’ trousers, breeches and shorts, knitted or crocheted: of cotton: shorts: men’s. The rate of duty is 16.1% ad valorem.

Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUSA and the accompanying duty rates are provided on the World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/.

Style JSBCHF falls within textile category designation 347. Quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes.
