RE: The tariff classification of an abrasive blast cabinet from China

Dear Nuristani:

This is to inform you that the ruling we issued to you on the subject merchandise, NY ruling R01282 of February 2, 2005, contained a typographical error in the “Tariff No.” header section. The tariff number should have read “8424.30.1000”, not “9424.30.1000”. All other information contained in NY ruling R01282 is correct as issued. We regret any inconvenience this inadvertence may have caused.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
