In your letter dated December 3, 2004, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of Miss Erika.

Style 65625 is a women’s shirt constructed from 100 percent cotton woven corduroy fabric. The shirt features long sleeves with button closure, a collar, two chest pockets, two pockets with buttoned flaps below the waist, elbow patches and a full front opening secured by five buttons.

The rate of duty will be 8.1 percent ad valorem.
