You are requesting the tariff classification on 5 video game accessories for video game consoles and games. The first model, PS1511, is a memory card for Psone and PlayStation, which utilizes monitors or television receivers. The second model, UN0731, is a 6-foot universal S-Video/AV cable. The item works with all consoles and is operational with PlayStation 2, Psone, XBOX, GameCube and N64. The device is used with a monitor or a television receiver. The third model, PS2730, is also a S-Video/AV cable that may only be used with PlayStation 2 and Psone. The fourth model, PS2F61, is a RF adapter for PlayStation 2 and Psone. The adapter connects the PlayStation 2 or Psone to any television or monitor that has a coaxial connection. The fifth model, XBOF11, is a RF adapter for XBOX. All five models are only operational with the video games that are named in the foregoing descriptions of each model. The applicable subheading for the 5 video game accessories, item #’s PS1511, UN0731, PS2730, PS2F61 and XBOF11, will be 9504.90.4000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for other: game machines, other than those operated by coins, banknotes (paper currency), discs or similar articles; parts and accessories thereof. The rate of duty will be free.
