This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF

MERCHANDISE : Rite Aid item #962707 "Plastic Sports Car Game." Included in the sample package is a toy car, a road sign that converts into goal posts and three miniature sports balls. The top portion of the car lifts off to reveal a sports game. The object of the game is to kick the balls through the goal posts.
