RE: Amendment to ruling NY C82744; change of style number.

Dear Ms. Malina:

In your letter dated March 12, 1998, you indicated that the style number for the beach robe should have been 51430 (instead of 51431). Therefore, the classification, category designation, and balance of the information provided for style 51431 in that ruling is applicable to the correct style number - that is, 51430. The balance of the information in the ruling is correct.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

A copy of this ruling letter, along with the original ruling NY C82744, should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
