RE: Ruling NY B89134 - corrected Style Number

Dear Mr. Sullivan:

In your letter received on October 16, 1997, you have indicated that the style number shown in ruling NY B89134, dated October 1, 1997, is incorrect.

The correct style number should be F578. The balance of the information provided in NY B89134 concerning the classification, rate of duty and the textile category designation remains unchanged.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
