California Technology Development Group
Suite 311
Wells Fargo Building

Oakland, CA 94621

Dear Mr. Wong:

We are returning your request for a classification ruling because of non-conformity with the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

Please give us the composition breakdown (by weight percentage) of the molybdenum wire and powder, and tungsten wire. Please tell us what percentage of the molybdenum powder will pass through a sieve having a mesh aperture of 1mm. Please describe the process of how the molybdenum and tungsten wires are made. Please advise us as to whether or not there are any issues regarding your products pending before the U.S. Customs Service.

You may resubmit your request when it includes the above mentioned information. Please include all of the material that we have returned to you. If you have any questions regarding the above, contact the office National Import Specialist Kathy Campanelli at 212-466-5492.

Sincerely,

Roger J. Silvestri
Director
