RE: To Correct a typographical error in HQ 546253 dated July 9, 1997, Concerning an Internal Advice Request on the Appraisement of imported alcoholic beverages; Sales for Exportation; Bona Fide Sale

Dear Director:

On July 9, 1997, Headquarters issued to you HQ 546253 concerning the appraisement of imported alcoholic beverages. That ruling contains a typographical error in the last sentence of the third paragraph of page four. The reference to "U.S. distribution" should read "U.S. distributors."

A copy of this correction ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with HQ 546253 and the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
