The applicable subheading for the nail file and emery board set will be 8214.20.3000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for cuticle or cornknives, cuticle pushers, nail files... all the foregoing used for manicure or pedicure purposes, and parts thereof. The rate of duty will be 5.6 percent.

The applicable subheading for the address book holder set will be 4820.10.2010, HTS, which provides for diaries, notebooks and address books, bound; memorandum pads, letter pads and similar articles. The rate of duty will be 2.8 percent.

There is no quota restriction or visa requirement for the merchandise under consideration.
