Dear Mr. Zaris:

We are returning your request for a classification ruling because of non-conformity with the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

Please provide us with information on each of the following questions: How are these items produced?
Will these items be imported in the same condition as the samples? Will the ends of each item be flat (as the samples are) or sharpened? If the ends will be sharpened will this process take place before importation or after importation?
