In your letter dated November 15, 1994, concerning a tariff classification ruling on Channel and Processor Frames, our file number 804436, you requested that confidential treatment be given.

Pursuant to Section 177.2(b)(7) of the Customs Regulations, information which is claimed to constitute trade secrets or privileged or confidential information must be identified clearly and the reasons such information should not be disclosed must be set forth.
