RE: Supplement to NY Ruling 803645 regarding country of origin

Dear Mr. Palogudis:

In your letter dated November 15, 1994, you indicated that the country of origin will be Hong Kong instead of China, as originally stated.

The classification, rate of duty and textile category designation provided in NY 803645 remain unchanged. Products of Hong Kong are subject to a visa requirement and are not currently subject to quota restraints.

A copy of this supplement should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported along with NY ruling 899205. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this supplement should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
