RE: Supplement to Classification Ruling 896665 Regarding the Name of the Importer

Dear Mr. Neumann:

In your letter dated July 29, 1994, you state that the name of the importer in ruling 896665, is incorrect. The correct name of the importer is Premira Clothing Co., Inc. located at 110 East 9th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90079.

A copy of this supplement should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported along with ruling 896665. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this supplement should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
