RE: To Correct the Facts in NY B83948 Concerning the Classification of a hooded towel, washcloth and bib

Dear Mr. Mansfield:

On April 16, 1997, Customs issued to you NY B83948 concerning the classification of a hooded towel, washcloth and bib. That ruling describe the hooded towel as measuring approximately 80 centimeters square. That description is incorrect. The hooded towels measures approximately 66 cm x 76 cm.

All other facts stated in the ruling were correct. A copy of this correction ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with NY B83948 and the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
