RE: Supplement to Classification Ruling NY 812074 Regarding the Harmonized Tariff Number of style 30478

Dear Mr. Sullivan:

In your letter dated October 18, 1995, you have indicated that the Harmonized Tariff Number given for style 30478, which is the subject of NY 81207, is incorrect.

Due to a typographical error, the incorrect tariff number was given for style 30478. The correct tariff number should be 6211.42.0010. The duty rate and textile category designation remain unchanged.

This supplement or the assigned number should be attached to the entry documents at the time this merchandise is imported along with ruling NY 812074. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this supplement should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
