RE: Supplement to Classification Ruling NY 813233 concerning the textile category designation of the jacket component

Dear Ms. Gelens:

In your letter dated September 8, 1995, you indicated that the textile category designation of the jacket component of style 3434004 provided in NY 813233 was incorrect.

Due to a typographical error, the incorrect textile category designation was given for the jacket. The correct textile category should be 635. The other information given in NY 813233 concerning the classification and rate of duty of the jacket and dress, as well as, the category designation for the dress component remain unchanged.
