RE: Supplement to Classification Ruling NY 806128 Regarding the Modification of Style 15122

Dear Ms. Rice:

In your letter dated March 3, 1995, which was received in this office on April 18, 1995, you have indicated that the subject of NY 806128, style 15122, has been redesigned. You also state that the garments will also be imported under style 15123 for petites and 15124 for talls.

Upon examination of the redesigned jacket of style 15122, it has been determined that the classification information given in NY 806128 will remain unchanged. Styles 15123 and 15124 will be classified the same as style 15122. The dress under 6204.41.2010 at 16.7 percent and the jacket under 6211.41.0055 at 16.5 percent.

This supplement should be attached to the entry documents at the time this merchandise is imported along with ruling NY 806128. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this supplement should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
