This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : Style SV905 is a molded plastic carrying case for a video game. The case has several openings for video controls, a hinged flap closure and a textile webbed shoulder strap. Approximate dimensions for the case are 1.5x4x6 inches.
