Dear Mr. Armani:

This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, order number 0746/0747, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton, corduroy jumper. The garment has oversized armholes, two front pockets at the waist, and a hemmed neckline, armholes and bottom. Order number 0746/0747 will be imported in girls' sizes 2 to 4T, 4 to 6x, and 7 to 14.

RATE OF DUTY : 8.6 percent ad valorem
