Dear Mr. Mele:

This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, style 015- 922046, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton, denim shortall. The garment has adjustable, self-fabric shoulder straps, a high rise front and rear, a front button opening, five belt loops, and pockets. Style 015-922046 will be imported in girls' sizes 7 to 14.

HTS PROVISION : Women's or girls' suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets and blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear), trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts, of cotton, other, bib and brace overalls, other, girls', other.

RATE OF DUTY : 9.5 percent ad valorem

IMPORT RESTRAINTS/
