This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, style 236113, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton, woven jumper. The garment has oversized armholes, 5 1/2 inch wide pleated fabric sewn to the bottom, capping at the neck and armholes, and a hemmed bottom.

HTS PROVISION : Track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments, other garments, women's or girls', of cotton, jumpers.

HTS SUBHEADING : 6211.42.0060

RATE OF DUTY : 8.6 percent ad valorem
