Dear Mr. Allen:

This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

DESCRIPTION OF
MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample, style F/F 57 FSLK, is a girl's, 100 percent cotton denim shortall. The garment has a front and rear rise, adjustable, self-fabric shoulder straps, two side button openings, pockets, belt loops, a label, and cuffs. Style F/F 57 FSLK will be imported in girls' sizes 7 to 16.
