This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : The submitted sample is a textile covered, plastic photo album, style #
F100586. It measures approximately 5
1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches. Twenty four plastic photo flaps are attached to the interior area of the covers.

HTS SUBHEADING : 3924.90.2000

RATE OF DUTY : 3.4 percent ad valorem

Other : The sample will be returned as requested.
