Dear Ms. Smith:

In your letter dated March 9, 1990, you requested a tariff classification ruling on the following Photographic Chemicals:

PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION DUTY

Diazo HC 3 2934.90.2000 8.5 percent ad valorem

Diazo WX BF4 2930.90.2000 6.7 percent ad valorem

Diazo Wax PF6 2930.90.2000 6.7 percent ad valorem

Diazo HC-1 Sulfate 3707.90.3000 8.5 percent ad valorem

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction.
