RE: Modification of HRL 083632; citation error

Dear Mr. Mozaz:

On April 27, 1989, we issued Headquarters Ruling Letter (HRL) 083632, concerning the classification of braided evening bags. In that ruling we cited HRL 085617 of March 4, 1988.

That citation was incorrect. The correct citation is HRL 075617 of March 4, 1988.

Pursuant to Section 177.9 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 177.9), HRL 083632, dated April 27, 1989, is modified accordingly.
