RE: Medical Bed Pads

Dear Mr. Jachman:

This is in reference to your letter of March 8, 1990, reqarding classification of medical bed pads under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States Annotated.

Since the additional information we requested in our response dated May 18, 1990, has not been provided, we assume that you are no longer interested in this matter, and we are forced to administratively close this case.
