RE: Modification to Headquarter's Ruling Letter 086194

Dear Ms. Fujii:

This is to inform you that the tariff number reference on page one of Headquarter's Ruling Letter 086194, dated January 10, 1990, is incorrect. The reference line should read "TARIFF NO.: 8540.12", not "TARIFF NO.: 8529.90.35". This correction does not affect the substance and result of the ruling since this reference line is used for research and reference purposes only.
