RE: Modification of HRL 084261 of June 15, 1989

Dear Mr. Bessich:

This letter is to advise you that a mistake was made in HRL 084261 of June 15, 1989, regarding the classification number given for the children's cap. The correct tariff number is subheading 6505.90.2060, HTSUSA, which provides for hats and other headgear, knitted or crocheted, or made up from lace, felt or other textile fabric, in the piece (but not in strips), whether or not lined or trimmed, other, not knitted headwear of cotton, other, textile category 359, and dutiable at the rate of 8 percent ad valorem.

HRL 084261 is modified accordingly.
