My dyer use is not too high normally, but during a week of rainy weather or after getting back from a trip somewhere it will get very intensive use for a few days. I have never had it actually break down, but I wouldn't buy this again or recommend this particular model to anyone. For its price it is standard for what to expect, but the energy rating on this one is also low.

It is a good size (6kg capacity), enough to fit a large load of towels and they do get dry. So as for drying capability it works well, as a dryer should of course.

The control panel is easy to use and can be adjusted upside down for when mounting the dryer on the wall instead of having it on the floor. There are standard options for drying - airing, delicates and normal. You can manually choose the time option; either 30, 60 or 90 minutes, or choose the sensor option and have it Iron dry, Normal Dry or Extra Dry. Personally I want everything completely dry, but I have found with normal dry sometimes parts of the clothes feel a little damp and with extra dry it doesn't stop as early as it should and sometimes will remain on when not needed. I have tested this before by putting 6 towels straight from the washing machine and checking it throughout the dry. When I did it again without checking and left the sensor to stop on its own, it was on for an extra 20 minutes.
I'm sure the sensor does work, but it needs to be a smaller load.

The reverse tumble is good because everything comes out of the dryer separated instead of tangled, and also in turn causes less damage to clothes. It has never damaged or shrank any clothes so there is no worry there at all. The 'crease' option is good and does work. It airs out clothing so as not to cause creases; otherwise you can set the buzzer so it will let you know.

It does make quite a lot more noise then it should. The drum makes a lot of noise whilst turning, even with just a few things inside. When there is a larger load it is loud enough to be heard rooms away.
