I rarely barbecue, but wanted a simple and portable model to use in the backyard and when camping, so I selected the Weber Q200 Portable Gas Grill. It is easy to use and I enjoy being able to quickly transport my grill when needed it comes in handy for afternoon cookouts at the park or even when grilling with friends.

The first thing that I noticed after I purchased this grill was how durable it is. It is not a flimsy or inexpensive outdoor grill. Instead it is a high quality grill that is smaller than most models. The entire grill body is created from sturdy aluminum which is easy to wipe clean. It also has a removable grease catcher which makes cleanup much easier. The actual grill surface is created from porcelain covered cast iron. Everything is sturdy and well constructed and I am sure that this little grill will last for a long time.

The grill is small and can only easily cook about 6 hamburger patties at one time. The grill has one burner, but manages to cook very evenly no matter where the food is placed. This can easily be set on an outdoor tabletop or you can purchase an optional cart to transform this into a small standard grill. I like that it is small and portable and see no need to spend extra money on the grill cart.

When camping I really like the flip out side tables because they give me an extra surface that I can use for food preparation that I know is clean. They are easy to pop in and out and wipe down quickly when done.

The disadvantage that I have found with this little grill is how heavy it is. Since it is created from top quality materials, it is rather heavy, especially for a portable grill.
